Do I need to change my current phone number?
No. Keep your existing Canadian SMS-capable business number and forward unanswered or busy calls to the KageFlow number assigned to match its verified area code.
What is included in the trial?
The one-time trial lasts 14 days beginning when your forwarding number is ready and includes 100 AI call minutes. A payment method is required. You may use a maximum of three replaceable authorized test caller numbers.
How are extra minutes handled?
Usage beyond the plan’s included minutes is CA$1 per connected AI call minute before tax. You can set an optional overage cap.
What happens at my optional cap?
KageFlow notifies the owner by email and SMS when the cap is reached, then allows a 20 connected-minute grace period before cutoff.
Can I use the service before verification?
Service remains inactive until plan or trial access, forwarding-number readiness, and minimum configuration are complete. Unanswered forwarding verification is required, and activation is explicit.
Are annual plans available?
No. Starter and Growth are billed monthly.
What happens if I cancel?
Trial cancellation is immediate. A paid monthly plan stays active through its current billing period. The assigned forwarding number is retained for up to 30 days after access ends.
